Bill Tray with Card Slot and Pen Loop
Every restaurant loses pens to guests. A leather loop stitched to the right edge means staff see at a glance whether the pen came back with the tray. On the left, a card pocket cut at thirty degrees lets a card be pinched out with thumb and finger instead of tipping the tray over. Both are stitched into the body, not glued on afterwards.
