Ultra Shallow Drawer Insert, 3 cm Tall
The slim drawers in modern consoles and bedside tables are often only 3.5 cm inside, which rules out most inserts. This one drops to a 4 mm plywood frame with the thinnest rim that can still be leather wrapped and folded at the corners. It takes documents, glasses, a thin notebook and charging cables at that height.
